The Pranamat ECO warranty period is five years. Please keep all the original payment and delivery documents.
In the case of returning a defective product within this period, we will supply a replacement. Please provide proof of payment; your receipt and put your request for replacement in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will supply further instructions from there.
Washing Pranamat ECO is simple.
1. Remove the inner coconut fiber or buckwheat hull filler, and separate the outer linen cover from the inner cotton cover.
2. Hand-wash the exterior linen cover with cold water and mild – preferably natural – detergent, and leave to dry naturally. Do not machine-wash.
3. The Pranamat ECO signature lotus massage elements can be gently cleaned with a soft brush, and sprinkled with a disinfectant solution between sessions, if needed.
4. The white cotton inner-case can be hand or machine washed, on a normal cotton cycle.
5. The coconut fiber filler should not come into contact with water or be cleaned. It’s absolutely not necessary since coconut fiber is naturally dust- and odor-resistant.

In case the product is of inadequate quality or defective and is returned within 30 days, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please provide proof of payment and a written request for reimbursement of product and shipping to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The product must be returned to us in its original condition, undamaged, in its original packaging, within 30 days of you have received your order. Please keep all the original payment and delivery documents and include them in your parcel. Shipping and return costs are not refundable.
However, in the case of returning a defective product or a product of inadequate quality, a full refund will be granted. In this case, we will also cover the return shipping costs. In order to reclaim your shipping costs, please provide proof of payment; your receipt and put your request for reimbursement in writing to email@example.com.
Your refund(s) will be reimbursed within 10 days of us successfully receiving the returned item(s), in accordance with the above conditions.
